Every team needs someone who just makes things happen — for Hitz416, that person is Carla de Boer. As our all-round volunteer and true “flying keeper,” Carla is everywhere we need her to be.

She thinks ahead, solves problems before they start, and always has a plan. Got a question? Need something done? Just ask Carla — she always has the answer.

Her energy, flexibility, and can-do attitude keep the station running smoothly behind the scenes. We’re incredibly lucky to have her on board.
